In the early 2000s, Anthony opened his first location at 512 N Pine Island Rd in Plantation, FL. He imported a custom-built coal-fired oven that burns at over 800°F, giving every pizza its signature crispy, slightly charred crust that no conventional oven can replicate. Neighbors became regulars, regulars became family, and the word spread fast.
